1) Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Coach360 (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, public pages, embed player, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) and capable of forming a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you will not:

• Upload or share unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.
• Violate third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity).
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Services or security measures.
• Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.

4) Your Content & License

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., videos, thumbnails, text). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content solely to provide and operate the Services (including public pages and embeds you enable).

You represent and warrant you have all rights needed to upload and share the content with us and your audience.

5) Plans, Billing & Cancellations

• Pricing, limits, and features for Basic and Pro plans are shown on the site or in your dashboard.
• Fees are billed in advance and may be non-refundable unless required by law.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not grant refunds for the current billing period.
• We may update prices and features; changes will apply from the next billing period or as stated in the notice.

6) Intellectual Property

The Services (including software, design, brand, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to us. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use our IP without prior written consent.

7) Third-Party Links & Embeds

The Services may link to third-party sites or allow you to embed players on external sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.

8) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content or your misuse of the Services.

11) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk to the Services, or as required by law. You may terminate by closing your account. Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability).

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here and/or notified via the dashboard or email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
