You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Coach360 account. If you are creating an account on behalf of a dojo, gym, or team, you confirm you have authority to do so.
As a subscriber you may upload, manage, and publish multi-angle training videos to your public page. You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, abusive, or harmful content. Coach360 reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
You retain ownership of the videos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant Coach360 a limited license to store, process, and display this content for the purposes of the service. Coach360’s software, branding, and design remain our intellectual property.
Your use of Coach360 is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service unlawfully. Suspended accounts will lose access to public pages until resolved.
Coach360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or business opportunities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
